| أشد مصادر التهديد لأمن الإنساني <br>1- التهديد الفكري وعدم وجود حرية تفكير أو حرية تعبير للقيود الأمنية والدينية <br>2- تهديد الصحة من خلال الغش في الأغذية والمأكولات سواء الطازجة أو المحفوظة <br>3- تهديد اقتصادي حيث غلاء الأسعار وثبات الرواتب |

| أرى أن أخطر مهدد لأمن الإنسان في البلدان العربية هو الإنسان ذاته أو ما صار إليه هذا الإنسان!!!<br><br>لعل الإحباط والعجز والتقاعس واليأس وخاصة الجهل هي أهم الأسباب التي تجعل الإنسان العربي خطرا على أمنه ذلك أن كل هذه العوامل تلعب دورا هاما في ما يختزنه المواطن العربي من عنف يفجره دون شرعية أو نظام<br><br>لذا ففي نظري، أمن الإنسان العربي مهدد من قبله على مستوى أول وإن كان ذلك بشكل غير واع وواضح. إنه من المؤسف هنا، أن الآخر ( الذي هو بطريقة أو بأخرى أنا ) صار ما يهدد أمن الإنسان في جميع البلدان العربية. فالعنف الذي يتجلى في الآخر ويثيره الأنا بلا مبالاته وجهله ووقوفه مكتوف الأيدي هو الخطر الأهم الذي يحيط بنا |

| la pauvreté intellectuelle , l'individualisme et l'égoisme , la désunion , la passivité , la réprimande et la frustration intellectuelles , le colonialisme intellectuel , la faiblesse du sens critique , la disparition des valeurs , qui sont les vrais piliers de toute société<br>pauvreté et injustice sociale , <br>sont autant de menaces à la sécurité humaine dans le monde arabe |

| أهم شيئ يهدد الانسان في العالم العربي , هو البحث عن امور السلبية التي تميز التنوع الايجابي في العالم العربي , دئما نفكر في الامر السلبي الدي يفرقنا , ونتنسى انت هناك مواضييع ايجابية عديدة تميزنا نحن كشعوب عربية , نتنسى ان هناك موضييع ايجابية تميزنا . ونتنسى اننا شعوب لنا نفس الهوية ونفس المصير ونفس اللغة , ونفس الثقافة المشتركة . علينا التفكير في نقط الايجاية في تنوعنا , هي التي تحمي الامن العربي الانساني <br>نوفل الحمومي |

| The main threat to human security in the Arab World would be the state related dimension since the state affects all aspects of human security in the Arab World, either by the policies, infringement on dimensions that should be regulated by the civil society. Or the failure of the state in regulating dimensions that it should regulate. <br> |

| من وجهة نظري الشخصية أرى أن التهديد الاقتصادي يعمل بمثابة البنية التحتية المحركة والمثيرة لكافة التهديدات الأخرى على أمن الإنسان. فبالنظر إلى انشغال الفرد بالبحث عن قوت يومه حيث لا توجد لدى الفرد رفاهية الوقت للانغماس في النشاط السياسي (مع تحييد المتغير الخاص بالمستوى التعليمي) وبالتبعية تعرضه لقمع الدولة، يظل الفقر واليطالة هي المحرك -إلى حد بعيد- للعنف المجتمعي المنتشر في المجتمع ناهيك عن حالة الإحباط التي أوجدتها الدولة نتيجة التضييق على مصادر عيش المواطنين وما يتمخض عنها من مخاطر على الأوضاع الصحية للمواطن نفسه ودفعه إلى سلوك اكثر عدوانية |

| Comme je l’ai déjà cité dans la première question : la sécurité générale est un vrai système qui se métamorphose à un moindre changement de l’une de ses composantes. Ces composantes sont les sécurités qui forment une seule : générale et entière. Et ce, quelque soit le régime politique (républicain, « Algérie, Tunisie, et la Mauritanie », royal « Maroc », ou bien d’El Djamaharia : le cas de la Libye)). <br><br>Une perturbation dans le régime politique affectera, d’une manière directe, la sécurité économique et sociale et même environnementale. Ici on pourra citer le cas de l’Algérie dans les années 1990, avec le bras de fer entre l’Etat et le partie islamiste : le FIS. Ce problème a provoqué le reéchellonemenet de la dette extérieure Algérienne, car l’Etat ne peut plus payer ses dettes et même faire face à ses importations (les caisses de la nation était presque vide à cause des la perte de la sécurité politique et ensuite de la sécurité physique : explosion de bombes, tueries, etc.). <br><br>Une pression a été, par conséquent, exercé sur l’Algérie dans tout les domaine : politique, économique et social. Nous avions, en quelque sorte, perdue notre « entière » indépendance. C’est là une menace très dangereuse pour la nation. Ces menaces politique et économique ont influencé sur l’environnement qui était relégué pas seulement en second plan mais il a été totalement abandonné. <br>Les quartiers et les villages sont devenus très sales, les plages commencent a être pollués, etc.<br><br>On pourra aussi citer le cas du Maroc dans les années 1970, avec l’époque qu’on appelle les années de plomb. <br><br>Les Etats et les nations doivent également prendre en considération les menaces de la nature. Je veux dire par là les catastrophes naturelles. On pourra assurer dans un Etat toutes les sécurités mais tout d’un coup elles pourront s’effondrer après un important séisme, tornade, volcan, etc. <br><br>Aussi, la menace du « mal compréhension » de la religion et l’écrasement ou bien l’isolement d’une minorité. C’est le cas de l’Algérie avec la constitution de groupes terroristes par des « fanatiques » qui croient que le fait d’être un Kamikaze est s’exploser au milieux d’une foule sera considéré comme un acte d’héroïsme et de Djihad. On pourra citer également les manifestations des peuples Amazigh en Algérie depuis 1980. Il y a eu en effet beaucoup de mort (123 en 2001-2002), car cette partie des Algériens a été oubliée et sa culture a été aussi isolée. Et cela a beaucoup perturbé la vie politique et économique du pays. <br> |

| I think that among the threats that can threaten the life of the arab citizen is the environmental threats. As many experts said, among the most seen results of the environment degradation is the darfur tragedy. Global warming has its impact on the human security through Climate changes which have brought the desert steadily into the region and droughts are more frequent in this area of dry land, wiping out food produce. As a result there is less arable land with many people fighting for it. This example can be easily generated in all the region of the sahara going from Morocco, mauritania passing by algeria, tunisia; libya; egypt till even the golf countries. every year there is less arable land which cause rural exodus; fights between tribes over water, poverty, health crisis and so on... |

| I'll answer this question according to my varying identities, as a female human being I believe the major threat to Human Security is the threats to My personal security, the threats the prevent me from walking safely in the street e.g being mugged or harassed or get involved in a traffic accident. As an Egyptian citizen I bellieve the Major threat to the security of the Egyptian people is the Economic threat e.g. poverty, and unemployment which are major reasons for the personal threats and the threats to political security which maninly include the threats of political oppression and torture. As a citizen of the Arab World I believe the major threat to my Human security is the external interventions |
